Per Diem Registered Nurse- Wellness & Weight Loss

 PER DIEM REGISTERED NURSE POSITION- Weight Loss & Wellness


Responsibilities: As our Registered Nurse, you may be the point of contact for our clients and a representative of our brand and image. Must have exceptional customer relations skills and make each client feel special and valued. Must have exceptional IV (intravenous) insertion, IM (intramuscular) injection, and SQ (subcutaneous) injection skills.


Registered Nurse Job Requirements and Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive weight loss and wellness coaching with a focus on GLP-1 medication management, including client education, progress tracking, and lifestyle support.
  • Develop and monitor personalized nutrition, exercise, and behavior change plans to optimize outcomes and prevent weight regain.
  • Perform clinical duties including IV insertion, IM/SQ injections, and health assessments, while ensuring safe, evidence-based care tailored to each client.
  • Stay current with and help implement new equipment, treatments, and service offerings, supporting the integration of innovative wellness and aesthetic solutions into client care.
  • Restores and promotes patient’s health by completing the nursing process.
  • Collaborates with medical providers and multidisciplinary team members.
  • Provides physical and psychological support to patients, friends, and families.
  • Identifies patient care requirements by establishing personal rapport with patients and their families.
  • Establishes a compassionate environment by providing emotional, psychological, and spiritual support to patients, friends, and families.
  • Assures quality of care by adhering to therapeutic standards; measuring health outcomes against patient care goals and hospital or regulatory standards.
  • Resolves patient problems and needs by utilizing multidisciplinary team strategies.
  • Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
  • Protects patients and employees by adhering to infection-control policies and protocols; medication administration and storage procedures; and controlled substance regulations.
  • Documents patient care services by charting in patient and department records.
  • Maintains continuity among nursing teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
  • Maintains patient confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
  • Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; calling for repairs; and evaluating new equipment and techniques.
  • Maintains nursing supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level.
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops and participating in professional societies.
  • Maintains a cooperative relationship among health care teams by communicating information and participating in team problem-solving methods.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Schedule: 

Per diem; must have availability on:

Fridays (9:30 AM – 6:30 PM)

Saturdays (9:30 AM – 3:30 PM)

One additional weekday (Tuesday or Wednesday)

Hours may vary based on patient demand and clinic needs
Saturday availability is required


Qualifications:

  • Must be proficient at inserting IVs, administering intramuscular and subcutaneous injections, and administering parenteral fluids/medications
  • Exceptional client experience and clinical skills.
  • 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a spa or high-end retail
  • 2+ year of registered nurse experience, preferable in an emergency department, med-surgical, or urgent care
  • Ability to multitask, use personal judgment, utilize strong decision making, analytical and follow-up skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Proficient with personal computers and contemporary software applications.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communications skills (verbal and written), strong ability to influence and build rapport
  • Strong guest service orientation
  • Rapid learner with the ability to grasp concepts and protocols
  • Must maintain a high attention to detail
  • Advocate for health promotion and maintenance


Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:

  • Registered Nurse (RN)
  • Active NY state licensure
  • American Heart Association issued BLS
  • Clean background check and clean drug screen

 PART TIME GUEST RELATIONS SPECIALIST POSITION


Responsibilities: As our Guest Relations Specialist, you may be the point of contact for our clients and a representative of our brand and image. Must have exceptional customer relations skills and make each client feel special and valued.


Guest Relations Specialist Requirement and Responsibilities:

  • Interacting with clients in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Checking clients in and out of their appointments, redeeming points and rewards.
  • Answer phone, emails, DMs, additional inquiries, and schedule client appointments.
  • Send newsletters, monthly blogs, and text message campaign
  • Social media management
  • Master a basic understanding of each service offering.
  • Maintain client confidentiality at all times.
  • Assist with local marketing events as needed.
  • Assist with business development including outreach to local businesses or potential referral sources.
  • Nurture leads and act as primary contact to facilitate referrals.
  • Collecting and handling payments.
  • Assist with new clinic openings.
  • Maintaining cleanliness of office

Schedule:

Part-time: 2–3 days per week.
Primary shifts: Tuesday, Friday, and Saturday.
