Jasmine Francis is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C) and the visionary founder of Drips Spa, Rochester’s premier destination for advanced aesthetics and wellness. Guided by the core pillars of Expertise, Empowerment, and Transformation, Jasmine has built a practice dedicated to providing comprehensive solutions for every stage of her clients’ aesthetic and wellness journey.

With a strong foundation in medical science and a passion for artistry, Jasmine specializes in total transformation; from skin health and rejuvenation to body contouring, weight management, IV therapy, and hormone optimization. Her holistic approach bridges the gap between inner wellness and outer beauty, helping clients achieve natural, long-lasting results that radiate confidence.

Renowned for her clinical precision and personalized care, Jasmine combines advanced medical treatments such as injectables, skin tightening, laser resurfacing, and regenerative therapies with a deep understanding of the individual behind each treatment plan. Lisa Hebing-Neumeier (Licensed Registered Nurse)

Lisa Hebing-Neumeier has been a Registered Nurse since 1998 and brings decades of diverse clinical experience to her role at Drips Spa. Her background spans medical-surgical nursing, clinical trials, geriatrics, clinical education, wellness care, and aesthetic nursing allowing her to deliver thoughtful, well-rounded patient care. Originally from the Rochester area, Lisa spent several years living and practicing in the Dallas–Fort Worth region before returning home in 2022. During this time, she was introduced to the field of aesthetic nursing and completed advanced training as a certified injector for neuromodulators and dermal fillers. This experience complements her primary focus on wellness and weight-management care. As a Wellness and Weight Loss Registered Nurse, Lisa is passionate about helping patients improve energy, metabolism, and overall health through individualized wellness strategies, IV therapy, injectable treatments, and supportive lifestyle guidance. She believes that successful weight-loss and wellness outcomes are built on education, consistency, and personalized care while aesthetic treatments serve as a natural extension of feeling confident and well. Outside of the clinic, Lisa enjoys staying active through yoga, biking, bowling, and dance fitness. She values time with her family, especially her grandbabies, and loves spending time with her long-haired Chihuahua, Lucy.

Adele van der Vyver (Guest Relations Specialist)

Adele van der Vyver is a dedicated Guest Relations Specialist known for her exceptional warmth, attentiveness, and emotional intelligence. With a strong background in healthcare operations, Adele brings a thoughtful and service-driven approach to every client interaction, ensuring each individual feels seen, heard, and genuinely cared for from the moment they connect with Drips Spa. She is deeply committed to creating a welcoming and supportive environment, where clients can feel confident and comfortable throughout their wellness and aesthetic journey. Adele takes pride in building meaningful relationships and delivering a seamless, elevated experience; whether guiding clients through scheduling, answering questions, or ensuring every visit exceeds expectations. Her passion for helping others, combined with her natural ability to connect, allows her to serve each client with compassion, kindness, and respect as they pursue their personal goals for optimal health, confidence, and well-being.
